Snowmobile Safety Class

All 12-17 year-olds MUST have a snowmobile safety certificate to ride road ditches and trails. Register at the Water's Edge Nature Center by calling 295-2138. Social Security numbers are required when registering. The cost of the course is $10 per person and includes lunch. Deadline for registration is Friday, January 13 at 4:30.

Star Lab
Water's Edge Nature Center

Come to the Water's Edge Nature Center on Thursday, January 26th at 7:00 p.m. and join Naturalist Billie Wille for a look at the night sky in the comfort of the Star Lab. We will be looking at the constellations as they appear in the sky and hearing the Greek stories about the constellations. Participants will be sitting on the floor, inside the star lab for about an hour. This is a family friendly program but it is suggested that children be in 2nd grade or above. Pre-registration is required by calling 295-2138.
